Partner registration

The registration process consists of 6 steps which you need to complete as a prospective partner of the Volkswagen Group. Base for registration is the D-U-N-S® number, which is used as unique key.

1. Enter your company data

At the first step you need to enter your company data into the form sheet.
Please make sure that the company name and the type of company is written correctly.

2. Enter the registrar data

Please enter your personal contact data. The registrar is responsible for the registration of your company. During the entire registration process the registrar is contact person for the Volkswagen Group.

3. Check of your data by the Volkswagen Group

The Supplier Integration Team (SIT) checks, if your company and registrar data are corresponding to that Dun & Bradstreet data. After a successful check, the registrar will receive the access data.

4. Accept the B2B User Agreement

With the first login you need to accept the B2B User Agreement online.
Additionally you need to send a signed copy back to the named address within six weeks.

5. Fill the Supplier Database

The Supplier Database is the business card of your company for the Volkswagen Group. Here you have to fill in further information, for instance, contact person, the business areas as well as an ability range of your company.

6. Nominate a Company Administrator

The Company Administrator is responsible for the administration of the users and rights of your company. At this point, the registrar can decide, if he or she will take over the administration or, if he or she wants to nominate another person of your company.

The D-U-N-S® Number is the basis for the cooperation with the Volkswagen Group and it's brands. It is a worldwide, coherent identification number that is assigned by Dun & Bradstreet.

In the course of globalization, communication standards and unified keys take on greater significance. The Volkswagen Group works worldwide with the D-U-N-S® Number as key system.

The D-U-N-S® Number is necessary for a cooperation with the Volkswagen Group. For this reason your company must be registered at Dun & Bradstreet with a legal D-U-N-S® Number.

Additionally, please enter "VW" in the field "code of reason". This ensures that the request for a D-U-N-S®-Number remains free of charge for the partners of the Volkswagen Group.

An essential part of being a partner of the ONE.Konzern Business Plattform and of the VW Group is the completion of the "Supplier Self Registration" (SSR). This is the process by which we check that we have all the necessary information about your company and the registrar who registers your company at the ONE.Konzern Business Plattform.

Your information at the SSR will be compared with those of Dun & Bradstreet. Only if there are no deviations, you will get your UserID and your password with which you can login on our platform.

Advice:
Please make sure that your company name and the type of your company are correctly filled in at the SSR.
