3. In case you already completed a SAQ, please make sure that the number of employees indicated there is the same as in step 1.

Data with respect to employee numbers are transferred from DUN & Bradstreet to the Supplier Data Base (LDB). To update your headcount information at D&B, please contact them via https://www.dnb.com/duns-number.html
A positive S-Rating for company sites with 10-99 employees can be reached following these steps:
1. Complete the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) on the Supplier Assurance Platform and share it with the Volkswagen Group.
2. Make sure that all minimum requirements are met. You need to provide a Code of Conduct as well as policies covering the topics Human Rights, Health and Safety, Business Ethics and Environment. Please find more details on our minimum requirements here.
3. In case one policy (or several) does not yet exist, please create an according document. You can find further information here.
4. If all minimum requirements are fulfilled, you will reach a positive S-Rating for your location (yellow traffic light under "My S-Rating" on the ONE.KBP) *
5. If on top of the minimum requirements you have reached a score of 80% or higher in the SAQ, you will reach a green S-Rating.*

* If an On-Site Check (OSC) has been conducted, the result will be included in the S-Rating and, if defined, measures need to be taken before a positive/green S-Rating can be reached.
A positive S-Rating for locations with 100 and more employees can be reached following these steps:
1. Complete the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) on the Supplier Assurance Platform and share it with the Volkswagen Group. You can find further information on how to complete the SAQ on supplier platform NQC here: Help – SupplierAssurance.
4. If you comply with all minimum requirements and obtain a SAQ score of 80% or more, you reach a green S-Rating which is a positive S-Rating (you can see it under "My S-Rating" when you log into the ONE.KBP)*.
5. If you reach a SAQ score of less than 80%, the S-Rating depends on further factors. First, make sure you have met the minimum requirements of the Volkswagen Group (see step 2-3). Following that, work for example on the questions concerning management systems to improve your score.

If your SAQ score remains low, an On-Site Check may be necessary.
6. In addition, locations with own production sites should be aware that they need to prove a certified environmental management system latest by October 2022 (Question 11 in SAQ 4.0).
From then on, prove of the certificate is a mandatory prerequisite for a positive S-Rating. Companies that are currently in certification process can extent the due date for a maximum of one year, latest until October 2023.
