What Is Assessed?
The On-site Check covers the following areas, which are evaluated uniformly regardless of the audit standard (e.g., VOC or RSCI):

- Transparent corporate structure
- Clear responsibilities
2. Child Labor and Young Workers
- Proof of minimum working age
- Protective measures for young workers
3. Freely Chosen Employment
- No forced or compulsory labor
- Free access to identification documents
4. Employee Rights
- Compliance with employment contracts
- Protection against discrimination and harassment
5. Employee Participation
- Right to freedom of association
- Possibility to form employee representation
6. Working Hours and Overtime
- Compliance with legal working time regulations
- Documentation and compensation of overtime
7. Fire Safety and Emergency Evacuation
- Unobstructed escape routes and emergency exits
- Functional fire extinguishers and evacuation plans
8. Occupational Health and Safety
- Safety training
- Provision of personal protective equipment (PPE)
9. Handling of Hazardous Substances
- Safe storage and labeling
- Training in handling chemicals
10. Environment
- Measures to reduce emissions, waste, and water consumption
- Environmental management systems
11. Supply Chain Management
- Responsibility for sustainability also among sub-suppliers
- Risk analyses and preventive measures

What Can Negatively Affect the Result?
Examples of serious deficiencies that may lead to a negative evaluation:
- Violations of working time regulations
- Blocked or missing fire extinguishers
- Missing personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Missing proof of age verification
- No training on occupational safety or hazardous substances
