Procedure of an On-Site Check
The request for an OSC including additional information on the required steps is sent out by Volkswagen Group via email.
Depending on which audit standard applies, either an external audit company will contact you to make an appointment for an on-site check according to VOC standards and provide you with further information about the process. Or you may be asked to have an RSCI audit carried out and share the audit result with us.
